Delete your Verdalune account
Delete your Verdalune account and associated server data here, even if you have uninstalled the app.
1. Verify your account
2. Confirm permanent deletion
Your deletion operation
This private tab keeps the receipt needed to check this operation even after your account is deleted. It contains no password, email or sign-in token. Closing the tab may lose this recovery capability. Do not share it.
The request covers your account, server-stored garden, photos, journal and account-linked identification and purchase records held by Verdalune. Local data still on your devices cannot be erased remotely. If you enabled iCloud garden sync, open Verdalune using that same iCloud account to finish deleting its private cloud copy. An offline device must reconnect; server completion does not confirm iCloud deletion. A minimal hashed device receipt is retained to prevent deleted gardens from returning. Store payment records, records required for legal or security purposes and backups in their normal lifecycle may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Manage your subscription in the store. Cancellation is not required to register this request.
After confirmation and fresh identity proof, the server deletes your account and associated data automatically. Completion is shown only after the server verifies deletion. An interrupted or blocked operation remains pending; check its status or explicitly continue the same operation. This tab stores a private deletion receipt for recovery, but never your password or sign-in tokens. Keep this receipt private and do not use a shared computer. Contact info@datanaat.com with the reference number for help; never send the private receipt or authentication codes.
