For help with Verdalune, write to hello@verdalune.app.

Tell us what happened, the steps you took, your iPhone model and iOS version, and the Verdalune version. You can attach a screenshot after hiding private information. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or private deletion receipts. We reply to the email address you use to contact us; no response time is guaranteed.

Your plants and care

Search by a common plant name and confirm the plant before using its care guide. Photo identification is optional and suggestions can be wrong. You can search by name without sending a photograph. Personal garden records are stored on your device; signing in does not synchronize them between devices.

Account and sign-in

Use the sign-in method you used to create the account. Apple and email accounts are separate. If you use an email account, choose Forgot password and follow the recovery link in the same app installation that requested it. If it does not arrive, check spam and contact us; requesting a link does not confirm delivery.

Verdalune Pro, purchases and restoration

Monthly and annual Pro provide the same access; their billing periods differ. The store shows the price and any eligible trial before purchase. To recover an existing purchase, sign in to Verdalune and use Restore purchases in the plans screen with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration checks existing rights and does not make a new purchase. Contact us if access is not verified.

Manage or cancel renewal in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Verdalune. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing. Request purchase refunds through the store; approval is determined by the store and applicable rights.

Delete your account or request your data

In Verdalune, open Options → Delete account and complete the identity check. If it fails, check the result and retry. For an alternative request, write to hello@verdalune.app; we verify your identity before acting. Read the account-deletion explanation for the scope and limits.
